Refunds are issued strictly based on the final verified grade obtained by the client at the end of the program, assessment, or service period. The grading outcome is final and binding once officially released.

2. Refund Calculation Basis

  • Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the client, excluding any administrative, transaction, or processing fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Any discounts, promotions, or scholarships applied at the time of payment may be considered in the refund computation unless explicitly exempted.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Refunds are only applicable after official grade verification and approval by the relevant authority.
  • Any cases of academic dishonesty, misconduct, or policy violations may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility, regardless of grade outcome.

5. Disputes and Finality

  • All refund decisions are based on verified records and are considered final unless an administrative error is proven.
  • Any dispute must be submitted in writing within a specified review period (if applicable) after results are released.

6. Amendments
The organization reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future transactions unless otherwise stated.
